As an Office and Compliance Assistant you’ll be a vital part of keeping the business running smoothly. You'll enjoy being organised, client-facing, dependable and a key operational support within a professional practice. The role will cover tasks for our 3 operational locations: Warrington, Isle of Man and the Philippines.
This is a part time position of 20-25 hours per week, hours to be mutually agreed (school hours can be considered) and is suitable for those returning to work with relevant experience, or professionals looking for a part time opportunity.

About the Role
As an Office & Compliance Assistant, you’ll:
-
Welcome and greet clients visiting our Stockton Heath office
-
Act as a professional first point of contact in person, by phone and by email
-
Chase clients for outstanding information and paperwork (UK & Isle of Man)
-
Assist and support compliance tasks
-
Support onboarding processes
-
Liaise with HMRC and the Isle of Man tax authorities on behalf of the team

Monitor the Isle of Man Government portal for client correspondence
-
Manage confirmation statements and statutory admin tasks
-
Handle scanning, post and document management
-
Provide admin and compliance support to our 3 operational offices
-
Keep trackers updated and flag issues before they become problems
-
You’ll be the calm, organised backbone that helps our accountants focus on what they do best.

About You
You’ll be a good fit if you are:​

An experienced administrator, ideally from a professional or regulated environment
-
Confident speaking with clients face-to-face, by phone and by email
-
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-
Comfortable following processes, checklists and deadlines
-
Tech-confident and happy working across multiple systems
-
Professional, discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
-
Someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting stuck in.

Salary guide £24,000-£27,000 FTE - depending on experience/qualifications
